semur ikan tongkol
Bahan2nya: Ikan tongkol, bawang besar (2 biji), bawang putih (4 ulas), lada kering (ikut citarasa pedas), ketumbar (1 sudu teh), jintan kasar (1 sudu teh), jintan halus (1 sudu teh). 4 sekawan - kayu manis, bunga lawang, pengaga, cengkih.
Kisar bawang, bawang putih, lada kering, ketumbar dan jintan.
Oh ya bahan yg penting - kicap masin
Ikan tongkol mesti di goreng dulu.
Additional ingredients - large onion (1) sliced round, tomatoes (2) cut into wedges - add them to the semur for garnishing.
Stir fry the blended ingredients till fragrant, add the 4 spices. Pour in the soya sauce according to yr preference - either a thick gravy or diluted. Add in the tuna (nama glamer) and lastly the sliced onions and tomatoes.
