KOFTA... timur tengah
assalammualaikum
kali ini masak kofta .. masakkan timur tengah di panggil kofta b`siniyah . di suntik dari blog life through my lense.. memang sedap ... ini trail pertama ku buat masakkan timur tengah ni .
700g minced lamb
1 medium onion, finely c
hopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
50g toasted pine nuts, roughly chopped
30g flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1½ tsp ground cinnamon
1½ tsp ground allspice
¾ tsp grated nutmeg
1½ tsp ground black pepper
1½ tsp salt
Put all the kofta ingredients in a bowl and use your hands to mix everything together well.
Shape into whatever shape you want, making sure you press the mix to compress it and ensure the kofta is tight and keeps its shape.
Arrange on a plate and chill until you are ready to cook them.
Bake in a 210C oven for 10-15 minutes.
