lemon filling


For the Buttercream:
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) cold butter, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest
