roti manis part 2


SWEET BUN

Ingredient A :

300g high protein flour (tepong roti]
20g milk powder
80g sugar
10g instant yeast
1 teaspoon bread softener {ku tambahkan sedikit emplex{improver}for bread}
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 table spoon gluten
Ingredient B :

1/2 cup warm water
1 table spoon margarine

Ingredient C : optional

Red bean filling
Butter
Sugar
Sausage
Raisins/sultanas

Method :

1. Mix well ingredients A.
2. Add in water and knead till a soft dough is formed.(I used breand mixer to help me with this process!)
3. Add in margarine and knead again till soft and elastic.
4. Divide the dough into 12 balls.
5. Shape the dough to your liking.
6. Leave to prove till double the size. akhir sekali untok hiasan ku bobuh sedikit majrine seperti tahi lalat di atas sebelom masok di dlm oven
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree celcius till golden brown.[ ku pakai 20minit 180degree celcius]
8. Once out of the oven, brush some margarine on top.
