Chicken chop

Chicken Chop with  brown  sauce 

recepi dr waimidiananaser 

Ingredients
Serves: 2
2 chicken thighs, deboned and pounded to medium thickness
Flour, for dusting
2 eggs,beaten
70 g breadcrumbs
Oil for cooking
Marinade
Soy sauce
Worchestershire sauce
Black pepper
Mushroom sauce (optional)
1 onion, sliced into rings
50 g button mushrooms
1/2 cup chicken stock
2 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon cornstarch
Directions
Prep:10min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:30min
Marinate the chicken thighs in soy sauce, worchestershire sauce and black pepper for 3 hours or overnight. Remove from marinade and pat dry .
Dust the thighs in some flour, shaking off the excess flour.Dip in a bowl of beaten egg and then roll in breadcrumbs.
Heat some oil in pan and fry the chicken thighs on both sides until brown.
For the mushroom sauce:
Sauté the onions in butter until it is soft. Add mushrooms and sauté for a few minutes. Add the chicken stock then stir in the cornstarch. Cook until the sauce thickens, season with salt and pepper and pour over the chicken

Atau kalau ada brown sauce blh cuba resepi simple ni utk gravy dia..

Gravy.

4biji bwg putih chopped
1 biji bwg holland (dadukan)
Blackpepper
1 tin mushroom
2 sudu besar sos cili
100gm brown sauce..( larutkan dulu dgn sedikit air supaya xberketul2 nnt..
800ml air
200ml susu...
Daun bay leaf (optional )
Mixed herbs

Cara2nya :

Tumis bwg putih, blackpepper dan bwg holland sampai naik bau..

Kemudian masukkan mushroom kacau seketika..tambah sedikit air...kemudian masukkan brown sauce..kacau sehingga sebati..masukkan cili sauce (optional)..

Bila dah mendidih masukkan susu diikuti dgn air...kacau sehingga pekat...

Rasa ..kalau nak tambah garam dan gula pon blh.. kalau xnak masin xyah tambah apa2 lagi...las sekali masukkan mixed herbs..masak seketika...siap..

Sotong kangkong

SOTONG KANGKUNG

✅Bahan
Sotong 1 ekor (rebus)
Kangkung (celur)
Kacang tanah (sangai/blend)
Biji Bijan

✅Bahan Kuah
Cili kering 20 tangkai (kisar halus)
Kicap pekat manis ABC 1 cawan
Gula merah 1 cawan
Gula pasir 1/2 cawan
Belacan 3 inci
Tepung Jagung 2sb (bancuh air)

���� Cara Penyediaan
1) Cili kering dan belacan blend
sekali sampai betul2 halus..dengan
1 cawan air..

2) Pastu campurkan semua bahan
dan air 1 cawan, kecuali tepung jagung..

3) Masak sampai mendidih..Dah
mendidih masukkan tepung jagung
yg dah di bancuh Air.. masak sampai
kuah pekat.. Dah masak sejukkan..

4) Hidangkan bersama sotong dan
kangkung..Taburkan kacang tanah
dan bijan.. Siap ��
